ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Our company specializes in connecting high-potential tech professionals with fast-growing, innovative companies across Europe. We work with startups and scaleups that build next-generation solutions in AI, Web3, ERP systems, and integrated hardware/software products.
Right now, we’re hiring a Sales Manager for one of our clients — a rapidly growing technology company in Poland. They deliver custom software, ERP (Odoo) implementations, AI/Web3 services, and IT hardware. This is an opportunity to become the first sales hire, take ownership of the commercial strategy, and grow into the Head of Sales role.
Requirements:
?Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT services, ERP, software, hardware, or blockchain/AI solutions)
??/??Fluent Polish and English (C1 level or above, written and spoken)
? Full sales cycle management experience — from lead generation to deal closure
? Strong negotiation and communication skills with decision-makers and executives
? Understanding of IT solutions and/or hardware sales principles
?? Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
? Excellent presentation skills and a strong client-oriented approach
? Strong organizational and goal-driven mindset
Had successful experience in building automation pipelines for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
? Identify and acquire new B2B clients; develop relationships with existing clients
? Promote and sell software development services, ERP (Odoo) implementations, Web3 and AI solutions
? Sell IT hardware (server, networking, peripheral, and POS equipment) as part of complete solutions
? Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers and presentations
?? Prepare tender documentation and support participation in public and private tenders
? Build and maintain a sales pipeline using a CRM system
? Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
? Gradually build and lead a sales team as the company grows
? Work closely with company founders, technical and legal teams
Build automation pipelines for lead generation.
Nice to have: ? Experience in Web3, blockchain, or AI-related solutions sales
? Experience preparing tender proposals and handling procurement processes
? Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
? Familiarity with the Polish SME and public sector market
