Our client, an international FMCG company in the field of hygiene and health, is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager.
DEPARTMENT’S TOP 3 OBJECTIVES:
- Deliver Volume, Net Sales, NPAT and Market Share objectives through Category/RE strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute robust commercial plans
- Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and areas of potential collaboration for achieving desired business outcomes through a well defined joint value business planning

Main responsibilities:?
Responsible for developing and applying expertise on shopper behavior and the retail environments in which company products are sold in order to optimize strategies.
Drives awareness (i.e. RE/channel /Customer specific nuances) across the commercial functions to improve execution. Develops RE strategies and co-lead overall RE management, alignment and execution of the category, brand, RE and customer strategies.
Plays an integral role in enhancing demand through company customers in a cost-effective way.
Collaborates with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns that address the specific needs and preferences of the shoppers within the customers.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shopper Insight and Retail Environment Expertise:
- Championing the perspective of the shopper in the organization, working with insight professionals to plan, develop and fund research programs and data required to build shopper and retail environment expertise, and ensuring all learning is leveraged fully in development of brand, RE and customer strategy.

Definition, Deployment and Optimization:
- Coordinating planning and execution of RE and customer activities and communicating plans to Customer and Store Management on time and accurately.
- Conducting pre-/post analyses of channel promotions.
- Anticipating, benchmarking, and proactively responding to competitive moves and tactics in each category, RE and customer.
- Acting as point for new product introductions and working with Consumer Marketing to build «go to market» plans for each initiative, identifying new product KPIs.
- Developing practical and relevant presentations and tools for Customer Management to use to support base business (e.g. product catalogues) as well as new products and re-launches.

Collaborative Category Management:
- Ensuring Category Management is recognized as a key initiative and resourced appropriately in terms of organization, training, tools etc., and acting as a «champion» for Category Management.

Requirements:?
- Preferably have a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Management
- 2+ Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience
- 2+ Years of Functional Experience
- Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Intermediate strong in English
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
