We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer who’s ready to dive into traffic acquisition, test bold ideas, and help scale advertising campaigns. This is a chance to join a stable international team working with large traffic volumes, streamlined processes, and real expertise — no fluff, just performance.
This isn’t about theory. You’ll actually launch campaigns, analyze results, test new angles, and grow with hands-on experience and full team support.
What You’ll Do:
Scale traffic via Facebook or native ad networks
Analyze competitors and adopt effective media buying strategies
Test creatives, funnels, and ad formats
Work with tracking systems like Voluum, Binom, etc
Monitor and optimize based on key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV, and more
Who You Are:
You have at least 6 months of experience with paid traffic (Facebook or Native)
You’re comfortable working with ad platforms and tracking tools
You can take ownership, experiment, and make decisions independently
You’re not afraid of «manual work» — launching ads, testing creatives, updating funnels
You’re analytical, curious, and open to learning
You can comfortably use Google Sheets / Excel
Bonus points if you have:
Experience driving traffic to web-based products
Intermediate English (for reading interfaces, guides, and basic communication)
