About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual who can wear two hats—and look good in both. As our Administrative & Sales/Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team, supporting our sales efforts while keeping the office (and our sanity) running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the sales team with leads, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Manage schedules, appointments and owner calendar
- Keep our CRM system spotless and up-to-date
- Prepare reports, presentations, and a steady stream of caffeine-fueled inspiration
- Manage social media accounts
- Paint company experience not required
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, Goal-Oriented, Resilient & Positive Team Player
- Minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ years of experience as an administrative, sales & marketing professional
- Business and marketing mindset
- Active English and daily communication with our team and clients

- Organized like a spreadsheet, charming like a top closer
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait for directions—you write them
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email magic)
- Business, marketing & strategic thinker who can see around the corner
