I’m Zhenia, co-founder and design lead at Norml Studio. We’re a team of 20+ talented folks working on design, development, and marketing. I’m on the lookout for a long-term partner—my business assistant.
I want to focus on the high-level things—building client relationships, advancing design team, and creating space for new business ideas and creative work. But, I’m finding myself stuck in tasks that I know someone else can take over, growing in the process with my mentorship.
So, who am I looking for?
It’s really about finding the right person—a connection where we speak the same language and vibe well. We’ll brainstorm and grow together. That’s why an interest in design, building things, and having a growth mindset are important to me.
You don’t need experience in all the tasks I have in mind, but you should have the drive to learn. You’re curious, you research, and you come up with suggestions on how to get things done. It won’t be perfect right away, but I’d like you to stay a step ahead of my questions and thoughts. Learning takes time, but your motivation to grow is key.
The tasks you’ll help with are business-related, and some personal ones too:
- Conducting research and gathering information on various topics
- Organizing the agency’s Notion and writing regulations based on my guidance
- Following up with clients via email / Upwork / LinkedIn
- Booking business and personal trips
- Organizing events for the design/development team and summarizing meeting notes
- Managing posts/reels on the agency’s Instagram and LinkedIn
- You may also collaborate with my team to help complete various tasks.

Bonus points if you enjoy good copywriting.
The only must-have? English at a B1-B2+ level. You don’t need to speak it fluently, but you’ll need it for email communication and research. Lack of English will slow things down, and we’ve got a lot to learn.

I cofounded Norml with my partner Max in 2022. Since then, we’ve grown into a team of 20. However, size isn’t what really matters—we have something more: a mission to build a company that delivers world-class results. Starting with simple website building, we’ve expanded to work with AstraZeneca and Nasdaq, and our clients have been mentioned in Forbes.
Next year we plan to take more on new long-term projects in healthcare, manufacturing and AI. In our agency, you can grow to other management or design (who knows!) roles.
