Position: Assistant Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support both our Project Manager and Product Manager in their daily activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills, a natural communicator, and a passion for digital products. You will also collaborate with the support team to help address client needs and contribute to the smooth operation of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager and Product Manager with research, documentation, planning, and coordination
- Participate in support-related tasks, helping communicate with clients and process requests
- Create and manage structured reports and dashboards (Google Sheets, Notion, AI tools, etc.)
- Track and manage service subscriptions, timely payments, and team resource expenses
- Maintain and regularly update the internal Knowledge Base for our products
- Support clear and timely communication across departments and stakeholders
- Use AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to enhance task efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and control small internal processes and task follow-up

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Around 1 year of experience in analytics, banking, operations, or similar roles
- Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, structured tracking)
- High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
- Interest in digital products and client-oriented solutions
- Readiness to work with AI tools and explore new technologies for productivity

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Miro or similar collaboration tools
- Basic familiarity with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with task tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
