ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for the technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. Our technology focus covers .NET, Angular, React, iOS, Android, Ruby, PHP, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.
We are seeking candidates located in Lviv who can attend the office two to three times per week.
Responsibilities:
- Fully manage internal and external events (e.g. team events, job fairs, hackathons, tech talks, webinars), including planning, logistics, communication, and reporting
- Lead and implement branding campaigns from concept to launch across multiple channels
- Create and manage content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and the corporate website to engage external talent
- Write internal and external articles, interviews, and success stories to highlight company culture and achievements
- Own and publish the corporate internal digest to improve internal communication and alignment
- Help make the Employer Branding strategy fit with the company’s culture and hiring goals
- Propose and lead initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and engagement, positively impacting ESAT and eNPS
- Stay updated on employer branding and HR marketing trends to bring relevant ideas to the team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR Marketing Specialist for at least 1 year is preferred; however, candidates with backgrounds in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, or Advertising are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in writing articles in both Ukrainian and English is a plus
- Proven experience in full-cycle event management
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, PR, or a similar relevant field
- Level of English: Upper-intermediate (at least)
