Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine) Working Hours: from 13/14:00 to 21/22:00 (Kyiv time), availability until 22:00−00:00 (only mobile mode) just in case any questions arise. All tasks and ad optimizations will be handled during regular working hours.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Ensure effective budget management and ad performance tracking.
- Collaborate with our international team to develop and refine media buying strategies. Interact with colleagues&clients to optimize ad spend and increase ROI.

What You’ll Need:
- Candidates must have experience managing e-commerce projects with Tier 1
- Fluent in English (В2 or C1)
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Triple Whale / Hyros or similar tools.
- Practical experience working with TikTok Shop, including campaign management and performance optimization.
- High level of self-organization and independence.
