? Your Role
As an Insurance Sales Producer (Trucking industry), you’ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding our client base in the trucking insurance sector. If you’re a results-driven individual who loves building relationships and closing deals — this is your opportunity to shine.
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess clients' commercial insurance needs
- Sell insurance policies with clarity and confidence
- Handle both warm leads and proactively attract new clients via social media and outreach
- Accurately document all client activity in our CRM system (QQ Catalyst)
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure seamless policy management

? Requirements
- Fluent inEnglish (American accent required) —Russian and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work New York business hours (9 AM — 6 PM EST), Monday-Friday
- Experience in sales or customer service in the U.S. market or in the insurance field preferred
- Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Reliable computer and stable internet — you’ll work remotely from your own setup
