Jett Develops is a digital product design & development agency working with FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech clients. We’ve helped startups raise over $20M+ and built platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and others.
We’re expanding our presence on Upwork and looking for a smart, detail-oriented person to help us find and qualify job opportunities. You don’t need prior experience — we’ll teach you everything through our internal playbooks and real examples.
What You’ll Do

Monitor new jobs on Upwork based on our filters and criteria

Assess job descriptions for budget, country, and tech match

Pick the right profile (we have several) to apply from

Generate proposals using ready-made templates and case libraries

Coordinate with our team if any details are missing (stack, client goals)

Keep track of activity and results in our CRM

We’re Looking for Someone Who

Has strong English (written especially)

Pays attention to detail and likes analyzing content

Can follow structured instructions and improve them over time

Is curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast

Has basic understanding of tech (you've heard of Figma, Webflow, React — that’s enough to start)

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Experience with Upwork or freelance platforms

Familiarity with CRMs, Slack, Google Sheets

Any background in IT, marketing, or writing
