Disposition Supervisor with good English skills
To lead the team at our Uzhhorod office, we are looking for a full-time employee.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics staff
- Dispatch and track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints (delivery backlogs, transport damage etc.)
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Office Management and Maintenance
- Supervise dispatchers both locally as well as remotely
- Interview and recruit new staff
- Employee development (incl. bonus decisions and disciplinary actions)
- Training of new employees onsite

Requirements:
- Speak and write in English fluently
- Previous managerial experience required
- Willingness to initially spend up to 2 months at our Odesa office for training purposes is mandatory
- Bring initiative and personal responsibility along
- Be an assertive team player ready for independent action
- Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
- Be acquaint with the shipping sector and have good general IT skills
- Willingness to occasionally work late shifts (17:00—00:00 + few hours on weekend)
- Knowledge of Polish and/or German will be an advantage
