Job responsibilities:
- Participate in network design, wireless equipment (BSC/RNC, BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB) commissioning, integration, testing and acceptance
- Responsible for delivery solution customization, project implementation and customer communication for GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network
- Responsible for wireless equipment (BSC/RNC, BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB) health check
- Responsible for wireless equipment (BSC/RNC, BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB) alarms troubleshooting
- Responsible for software licenses generation and upload
- Responsible for wireless on-air certificates preparation after new equipment integration on live network
- Responsible for TSSR design and approval (wireless part)
- Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.
- Participate in new wireless hardware certification

Requirements:
- Good knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network architecture, protocols and signaling.
- Deep knowledges of methods and principles of Base Stations integration and commissioning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel.
- Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements.
- Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and tasks
- Good team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English.
