We’re looking for a skilled Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with our existing clients and lead effective negotiations that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
- Lead negotiations to secure the most advantageous terms for both clients and the agency.
- Present service proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales or client relationship roles, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Hands-on experience working with clients on Upwork (must-have).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — you know how to turn conversations into win-win deals.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or others).
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident in both written and spoken communication.
