Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Travel Manager / Business Development Manager in the Travel Industry to drive sales and expand our presence in the Ukraine and other countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, travel / tourism and business development, with a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Visits of Travel Agencies / Tour Operators daily/weekly/monthly.
- Client Registration: Register travel agencies and tour operators to ensure they have constant bookings with us for hotel accommodation, flights, and transfers.
- Client Follow-ups and Education: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide necessary education and support to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports of calls, visits, last follow-up dates, and status updates.
- Extensive Travel: Travel frequently across the Ukraine and other regions to meet clients and attend industry events and travel exhibitions.

Requirements:
- Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of the Ukraine market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Ukraine region and other countries.
- Having a database of travel agencies and tour operators is a plus.
