ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
We are an early-stage small startup that is scaling and we need help to with supporting customer success, managing team operations and other similar project management tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Success & Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with the team for effective solutions.
- Collect feedback and work towards enhancing the customer experience.
- Prepare reports for the clients
- Proactive communication between the team and the client.
2. Team Management & Coordination (mostly related to Customer Inquiries):
- Organize and manage team tasks (only specific once, mostly those that comes from the clients)
- Track follow-ups, and ensure all action items are addressed.
3. Other tasks (Preferred):
- Assist with project-based tasks, performing research, and preparing presentations
- Help with internal documents, reports, processes and day-to-day management.
- Adapt to various ad hoc requests to support the founder’s day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- Proven experience in customer success or support is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant is a plus.
