We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Happy Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is all about building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our international partners. Your mission will be to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for our partners—through thoughtful communication, meaningful gestures, and engaging activities—with the ultimate goal of growing our business through the partner channel.&#x20

Responsibilities&#x20
- Serve as the main point of contact for company partners (primarily international)
- Communicate with partners via email and other channels to maintain warm, ongoing relationships
- Send gifts and greetings for holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions
- Organize and coordinate partner events (both online and offline)
- Support the growth of the partner network and help convert relationships into new client contracts
- Keep records of partner interactions and follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with business goals

Qualifications&#x20
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage several relationships simultaneously
- Basic understanding of the IT outsourcing business

Nice to Have&#x20
- Experience in account management, customer success, or partnership roles
- Background in event planning or coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Creative mindset and experience with gift planning or corporate communications
