Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese/Spanish.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management or account management.
- Experience in negotiation.

Will be a plus:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in additional languages, especially Portuguese

Responsibilities:
- Support new partners during and after their launch.
- Maintain strong partnerships with clients.
- Assist other Account Managers in handling partner requests.
- Coordinate the work of IT teams to achieve results for both the partner and the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide partner assistance and training.

Working conditions
- Vacation: 22 working days per year
- Sick leave: 5 paid days per year
- Sick lists: 100% paid with medical certificate up to 10 days per year
