Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management & Internal Comms:
- Initiate and coordinate online & offline team events (team buildings, contests, mini-celebrations)
- Build event kits: concept, script, communication plan, post-event feedback
- Keep internal culture alive via updates, internal stories, and participation initiatives
- SMM & Brand:
- Generate ideas for company social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Highlight internal culture, people, and wins through engaging posts and stories

Requirements:
- 1−2 years of experience in event management, internal comms, or social media
- Independent mindset: you can lead projects and bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding
- Strong writing skills in English (B1+), ability to adapt tone to team culture
- Passion for connecting people, building culture, and shaping brand perception
- Availability to work part-time (~20 hrs/week) in sync with CST time zone

Nice to Have:
- Experience in logistics or U.S.-based companies
- Experience communicating across multi-cultural, multi-age teams
- Skills in Canva, Notion, Trello is a plus
- Ability to advocate for new ideas and communicate them clearly
- Experience in branding, interactive formats, or content strategy
