We’re looking for an SEO/GEO expert with experience in WordPress to manage all search engine optimization activities and ensure our clients rank high on all major search networks. You will work closely with both our Canadian and Ukrainian teams, ensuring seamless communication across locations, while also contributing to our weekly team meetings and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Optimize Copy and Landing Pages for SEO: Enhance web copy and landing pages for better visibility and ranking on search engines.

Google My Business Management: Regularly optimize and manage Google My Business profiles (titles, map, reviews, etc.) to improve local SEO performance.

Ongoing Keyword Discovery and Optimization: Conduct extensive keyword research and ensure continuous keyword expansion and optimization to drive targeted traffic.

Research and Implement SEO Recommendations: Analyze competitors and perform site audits to implement necessary SEO optimizations.

Link Building: Develop and execute a strong link-building strategy to boost the site’s domain authority and improve SERP rankings.

Collaboration with the Development Team: Ensure SEO best practices are applied in the website’s code and design, especially for WordPress-based websites.

Drive SEO Through Content Creation: Work with our editorial and marketing teams to ensure SEO is embedded in content strategy and development.

Website Architecture Recommendations: Provide actionable insights on website structure, content, and linking to improve SEO performance for target keywords.

AI Platforms Focus: Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini into our SEO strategies. Utilize these tools to enhance content generation, improve user experience, and optimize search engine ranking algorithms.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven SEO Experience: Demonstrable expertise in managing SEO activities with a track record of success.

Solid Understanding of Performance Marketing: Knowledge of how SEO integrates with conversion rates, customer acquisition, and overall online marketing strategies.

In-depth Knowledge of Analytics Tools: Strong experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO-related software.

Experience with WordPress: Solid experience working with WordPress for SEO optimization, plugin management, and ensuring best practices for on-page SEO.

Experience with Bid Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite to optimize paid search campaigns.

Expert Knowledge of Search Algorithms: A deep understanding of ranking factors and how search engine algorithms work.

Up-to-date with SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of the latest SEO trends, strategies, and industry changes, especially in AI-driven SEO methodologies.

Effective Communication: Ability to work with both Canadian and Ukrainian teams, ensuring clear and proactive communication across teams, while maintaining the collaboration culture in our diverse environment.
