Our partner, FAIRSQUARE, is a leading regional legal services provider combined with business consulting.
They are currently seeking a Law Clerk to support daily operations and deliver legal services to clients from Ukraine or those entering the country.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice, particularly in commercial, civil, and labour law.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents, and participate in negotiations.
- Prepare legal analyses, opinions, and official statements.
- Represent clients in court and before administrative authorities.
- Draft legal documents for clients and internal use.

Experience & skills:
- Law degree.
- Working knowledge of English, German is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, independence, and attention to detail.
- Reliable, discreet, and loyal in client interactions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
