Job Title: Trailer Fleet Specialist
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 16.00 — 01.00 Kyiv time, Mon-Fri
About the role: The Trailer Fleet Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the operation and maintenance of the company’s trailer fleet. This role involves tracking performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all trailer-related cases, including maintenance history and service documentation.
- Schedule, track, and manage MTI, DOT, PTI, and PM services for trailers on the road.
- Upload all MTI, DOT, and PM service invoices daily into Helix.
- Monitor and verify trailer locations, identifying trailers parked in non-authorized areas; provide a weekly report to the General Manager and a preliminary report to the Fleet Manager.
- Conduct regular audits of trailer locations using GPS tracking and Helix data.
- Oversee GPS performance, identify trailers with GPS issues, report them to management, and coordinate necessary repairs with the Fleet team.
- Input Mid Trip Inspection (MTI) data into Helix daily; submit full MTI reports to the Fleet Manager every 2−3 weeks.
- Prepare and submit DOT compliance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring that all inspections are up to date and properly documented.
