What You’ll Do
- Design and develop core components of our internal PHP framework
- Build modular systems for HRIS, LMS, CRM, and more — real business tools, not boilerplate
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business logic into elegant code
- Proactively participate in architecture decisions and system evolution
- Write maintainable, testable, and efficient PHP code with a strong focus on clean design patterns

Requirements
- 2+ years of PHP experience — adaptable across tools, not locked into a single framework
- 2+ years with MySQL/PostgreSQL — including writing complex queries
- Solid understanding of OOP and practical application of design patterns
- Confident debugging and unit testing skills — beyond echo and die
- English — intermediate or higher

Bonus Points For
- Experience with SQL Server
- Familiarity with ReactJS
- Exposure to agile and CI/CD environments
