Mission and Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Ukrainian division. You will be responsible for launching and developing operations, building and managing the team, and implementing our strategy in the Ukrainian market with the goal of achieving a leadership position in financial consulting. This role requires a deep understanding of the local environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships.

Candidate Requirements:
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in consulting, finance, fundraising, or project management related to funding.
- Deep knowledge of the national and international funding landscape in Ukraine (grants, subsidies, aid programs).
- Experience working in a complex Ukrainian business environment and understanding its specifics.
- Proven ability to successfully lead teams, inspire and motivate employees.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to build trusting and long-term relationships.
- Political sensitivity and understanding of the processes of interaction with government structures and international organizations.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify market development opportunities.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (spoken and written).
- Higher education in a relevant field (economics, finance, law, international relations, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Overall leadership and management of the EPSA Public Funding Ukrainian division.
- Developing and implementing the business development strategy in Ukraine in line with the company’s global vision.
- Building and managing a high-performing team, including Grant Consultants, Sales & Marketing team, and Government and Donor Relations specialists.
- Ensuring the achievement of business objectives, including funding secured targets and client base growth.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders: Ukrainian government bodies, international organizations, donor banks, NGOs, Ukrainian companies, and international investors.
- Deeply understanding the funding landscape in Ukraine, monitoring available grants, subsidies, and support programs.
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism and quality of services provided to clients.
- Representing the company at a high level in the market.
- Managing the financial performance of the division.
