About Us:
We are a fast-growing eCommerce business managing a diverse portfolio of established, high-demand consumer brands on the Amazon Marketplace. Our team is lean, efficient, and performance-driven — and we’re looking for someone to take over the reins of our Amazon Seller Central operations.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day marketplace operations. This is not a private label role — you’ll be working exclusively with well-known, branded products. You must be confident navigating every aspect of Seller Central and capable of running the account independently.
Requirements:
- Monitor and manage daily sales performance across multiple SKUs and brands
Navigate and maintain inventory levels; reconcile and update listings as needed
Create and manage FBA/FBM shipments, ensuring smooth supply chain operations
Produce and analyze regular sales, profitability, and inventory reports
Handle order issues, returns, and account health metrics to ensure compliance
Optimize listing quality (where necessary), handle suppressed listings, stranded inventory, etc.
Respond to Amazon case logs, policy notifications, and account alerts
Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners as required

Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account would be an advantage
Full understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM, Buy Box, ASIN management, and listing variations
Proficiency in generating reports and making data-driven decisions
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; self-starter attitude
Experience working with branded/reseller inventory
Must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
