Join our growing team in Kyiv! We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Logistics Coordinator to work from our cozy office and help keep things running smoothly.
? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM — 11:00 PM (Kyiv time) Location: In-office only (no remote work)
? What You’ll Do:

Send daily SMS messages to all drivers in the system to check their availability.

Update our CRM system based on driver responses.

Call drivers who don’t respond to the SMS to confirm availability and update the CRM.

Answer incoming calls and assist drivers or handle customs-related questions.

Set up tracking apps for drivers once they’re assigned to loads.
