Required skills:
- Great communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to grow, develop and maintain personal relationship with a network of potential buyers;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty;
- Ability to travel outside Ukraine;
- Fluent written and good spoken English (Advanced).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the company’s business strategy;
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects via the established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email, social media and phone calls;
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to build the connection, gather information about their project and identify their pain;
- Negotiate contract conditions;
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
- Prepare and submit proposals;
- Increase marketing/sales funnel metrics;
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction rate;
- Support clients after signing contracts.
Working conditions:
- 5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule;
- All public holidays are days off;
- Vacation and sick leave are covered by the company;
