SEO Specialist (Programmatic & International SEO)

23Telecom is an international telecommunications company (www.23tecom.co.uk) focused on the EU, LATAM, AFRICA, ME, and APAC markets. We’re looking for an SEO specialist to boost our organic growth through programmatic SEO, content scaling, and international strategies.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement programmatic SEO strategies (page structure, templates, content generation, automation).
- Adapt SEO for multiple geographies: EU, LATAM, AFRICA, ME, APAC.
- Run technical site audits and optimize speed, structure, and indexing.
- Collaborate with content and dev teams on scalable pages (e.g., landing pages by routes, countries, pricing).
- Conduct competitor analysis and research demand and seasonality by region.
- Leverage tools: Semrush / Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GPT (for drafting content).

What we expect
- Proven experience in programmatic SEO and SEO automation (ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, or travel).
- Solid grasp of international SEO—language subdomains, hreflang, content localization.
- Ability to work closely with developers (writing specifications, page-generation logic).
- Basic skills with no-code/low-code platforms or an understanding of API integrations.
- Proficiency in testing hypotheses and working with metrics (CR, CTR, rankings, indexability).
