Our team needs an additional set of free hands. We seek someone to perform various small duties and organizational tasks as a web development company assistant. The position is suitable for a student — work can take place without breaking away from studies, and will not involve strict deadlines.
This job is all about task variety, continuous training, and the opportunity to develop in different directions.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with minor tasks across current projects and initiatives.
- Conducting information search, research, and data gathering on topics relevant to ongoing web, tech, and outreach efforts.
- Utilizing AI tools to support lead generation, content planning, and prompt generation for marketing and communication activities.
- Implementing and managing automated mechanisms for content creation (text, video, visuals), social media management (SMM), and basic project operations.
- Supporting content collection, editing, and optimization for websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Setting up and managing social media profiles, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and assisting in community management.
- Tracking and managing online reputation, including monitoring reviews and mentions on specialized platforms.
- Performing lightweight project management and content management tasks using digital tools and platforms.
- Assisting in validating ideas, drafting AI prompts, and participating in creative workflows for new campaigns and outreach activities.
- Contributing to volunteer coordination and community outreach efforts using digital tools and automations.

Please note, it’s an entry-level job!
We are not looking for a professional in each of these areas, we require a newcomer who is ready to grow, perform easy but important tasks, and assist us in activities described above.
Requirements:
- English level at least B1 (to complete assignments in English);
- Ability to learn quickly, master new skills, and adapt to different tasks;
- Responsibility, initiative, and self-reliance in work;
- Confident PC and Internet user;
- Basic understanding of ChatGPT and other AIs
- Stable Internet connection (for candidates from Kyiv, it is possible to work in the office during long power outages).

- Full remote work with a flexible schedule — basic working day during standard hours 9−18, workload may vary.
