Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients, including HNWIs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide consultations on the company’s products (Payments, FX, Crypto Exchange, Acquiring, Card Issuing).
- Offer personalized support to clients throughout their journey with the company (from onboarding to post-sale services).
Product Sales:
- Actively promote and sell company services such as international payments, FX, crypto transactions, acquiring, and card issuing.
- Analyze client needs to optimize offerings and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and expanding existing business opportunities.
KYC/AML Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with KYC and AML procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams, including legal, compliance, technical support, and operations, to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Coordinate client requests and requirements with relevant departments.
Problem-Solving and Client Support:
- Resolve client issues promptly, including technical, financial, and service-related matters.
- Manage client negotiations in case of conflicts, aiming for swift and effective resolutions.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Experience in financial services, preferably within an EMI or financial institution specializing in solutions for corporate clients and HNWIs.
- Knowledge of products such as Payments, FX, Crypto Exchange, Acquiring, and Card Issuing.
- Experience with KYC and AML compliance requirements.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and other client management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial and operational data.
