Job Title: HR Recruiter Administrator
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM EST
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter Administrator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR and recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment cycle, maintaining HR documentation.
System Requirements:
- Personal laptop with at least 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with backup internet option
- Noise-cancelling headset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate: UAH 20,000 — 25,000 per month (via PayPal)
- Paid Time Off after 3-month probation
- Performance reviews at 3 and 6 months
- Annual salary increase based on performance
- Year-end bonuses and rewards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment (remote experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools and HR systems
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work U.S. business hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative and support roles
- Coordinate job postings, resume screenings, and candidate interviews
- Verify applicant work experience with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, and general administrative support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll-related administrative tasks
