ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from clients through various channels (email, chat, SMS).
- Working in the CRM system (House Call PRO or similar), scheduling requests and assigning tasks to technical specialists.
- Planning tasks and appointments in Google Calendar.
- Consulting clients on services, pricing, and selling the company’s services.
- Coordinating between technical specialists and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Creating and maintaining reports.
- Keeping accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: C1-C2 level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of an additional language (Russian or English) is required.
- Customer-oriented: Strong communication skills, friendly, and focused on client satisfaction.
- Computer skills: Proficient in office software, CRM systems, and other necessary business tools.
- Home office setup: Quiet workspace (free of external noise), personal computer (laptop or desktop), headset with microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Work experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations.
We offer:
- Schedule: 6-day work week, from 9 AM to 7 PM New York time.
- Trial period: First month — fixed salary of $500.
- After the trial period: $1200 plus 1% of sales.
