Position: Product Research & Sourcing Specialist Location: Remote / Ukraine
Job Description: We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Product Research & Sourcing Specialist. The role involves researching and developing new product concepts, identifying manufacturers, and negotiating cooperation terms. The work is primarily focused on the Ukrainian market, especially in the furniture sector.
We are a Poland-based company specializing in e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

Researching and developing new product ideas based on market analysis and current trends

Searching the internet for inspiration, solutions, and new suppliers

Identifying furniture manufacturers and other potential partners in Ukraine

Conducting business discussions and negotiating terms of cooperation

Building long-term relationships with suppliers

Monitoring the market and competitors

Setting personal goals and independently managing tasks with a development-oriented mindset

Requirements:

Creativity and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and in a task-oriented manner

Strong internet research and information analysis skills

Knowledge of current design and furniture industry trends (preferred)

Willingness to grow and learn

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (must-have)

Knowledge of the Polish language — a plus
