? Your Role — Dispatcher (Remote)
You will be the voice and coordinator behind every successful cleaning visit — helping customers feel confident, informed, and cared for.
? Key Responsibilities

Communicate with U.S. clients via Google, Instagram, website, and Thumbtack

Consult and sell services using pre-approved scripts (no cold calls)

Schedule appointments, coordinate technician routes, manage calendars

Enter and track tasks in the CRM system

Monitor job status, follow up with clients after service

Prepare reports on incoming requests, leads, and job completion

Participate in improving scripts and service quality standards

? What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Ukrainian

Confident spoken and written English

3+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching

Proficient with CRM systems and office software tools

Strong multitasking skills and stress resistance

Customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow with the company

Stable internet connection and a personal computer

Remote position with a fixed schedule: Mon-Sun (7 days) from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Kyiv time)
