Language Proficiency: B1+ level of English proficiency is mandatory, as 95% of clients are English-speaking. The interview will be conducted in English.
Experience: Prior experience in marketing, with a focus on client interaction and conceptualizing creative ideas.
Creativity: ability to quickly develop creative concepts and design initial ideas for the Client on the fly, writing briefs for video content.
Skills: Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, ability to create briefs, and experience in generating basic concepts (e.g., using AI tools for visuals or storyboards).
Portfolio: Submission of a resume and a link to one or two completed test assignments in Google Docs (details provided below).
Умови роботи:
Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off per week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Kyiv time).
Compensation: Fixed salary plus a percentage of completed deals. Target income is €1,000, with opportunities to earn more based on performance.
Location: Remote or office-based (Warsaw).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video editors, and VFX specialists to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming clients, handling initial communications and building rapport.
Brief Development: Collaborate with clients to create detailed creative briefs that outline their needs and vision.
Concept Creation: Develop preliminary concepts for marketing campaigns or video content, including generating visuals or storyboards (e.g., using AI tools).
Coordination: Pass finalized briefs and concepts to the design and VFX team for production of marketing videos or materials.
Test Assignment: Complete test task #1 for client LookFantastic and/or test task #2 HEROTAG as outlined in the provided Google Docs link.
Test Assignment Details:
Test Task #1: For client LookFantastic (https://www.lookfantastic.com/), propose a series of Instagram marketing videos. Tasks include:
Draft a set of clarifying questions for the client.
Create a basic concept for the video series, including a creative angle.
Generate a visual or video concept using AI tools and describe the vision for the campaign.
