lalafo is a fast-growing C2C marketplace with over 3.5 million active users. We provide an online platform that enables people to buy and sell goods, order services, find jobs, and connect with specialists.
Since 2015, we have been operating in markets such as Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Poland.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to become the owner of the recruitment process in our company.

?What you’ll do:
?Lead the recruitment team:
- Coordinate daily work, support and develop the team
- Provide feedback, participate in planning sessions, retrospectives, and 1:1s

?Manage complex vacancies:
- Independently close non-standard or hard-to-fill roles
- Work across Ukrainian and European markets using a wide range of sourcing methods—from LinkedIn to networking

?Recruitment process ownership:
- Build transparent recruitment processes: analytics, metrics, dashboards
- Own the full recruitment process — from job opening to pre-onboarding

?Partner with the business:
- Collaborate closely with team leads and hiring managers
- Promote a culture of quality hiring through scorecards, planning, and alignment

?What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Senior Recruiter or Team Lead (technical recruiting is a plus)
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end hiring process
- Strong analytical skills and experience with building recruiting funnels
- Creative approach to candidate sourcing
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- High level of self-organization and strong results orientation

- English — B2 or higher
