About ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-levelJava Developer with experience in AI to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for coding, a deep understanding of backend systems, and a knack for problem-solving, this job is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Working on AI assistant and automation for our platform;
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Java;
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic;
- Design and implement RESTful APIs;
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems;
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Java backend development;
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence;
- Java Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming;
- Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra);
- APIs: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs;
- Version Control: Proficient understanding of Git;
- Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG;
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Responsible, initiative, team worker, idea generator, proactive.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of .Net;
- Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture;
- Messaging: Knowledge of messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
