Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (Kyiv-based) Travel: Occasional business trips to Indonesia and other countries Language: Advanced/Fluent English required Age/Gender Requirement: Female, 25−30 years old
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
3−5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and closing significant deals
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership experience and ability to manage or collaborate with teams
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics tools
Willingness to travel for business as needed (Indonesia or internationally)
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (markets, products, services)
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Secure strategic partnerships and joint ventures to expand market presence
Negotiate and close high-value contracts and business deals
Drive revenue through new client acquisition and upselling to existing customers
Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align and execute initiatives
Lead or mentor junior business development staff or cross-functional teams
Work closely with executive leadership to align business development efforts with company goals
Explore international expansion and new market entry strategies
Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and service gaps
