We are looking for 2 reliable and professional Afterhours Dispatchers to join our team. This is a remote role in the trucking and transportation industry, ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and capable of handling issues calmly and efficiently outside regular business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to calls and emails from drivers and brokers during assigned shifts
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively (e.g., delays, breakdowns, route changes, etc.)
- Provide accurate and timely updates to all relevant parties
- Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication at all times
- Document all activities and issues in the dispatch log
- Be online and available during assigned hours

Requirements:
- Prior experience in dispatching or transportation/logistics is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Access to a laptop or computer
- Ability to stay organized and focused during night or extended hours
- Willingness to rotate shifts monthly with another dispatcher
- Availability for 2 full weekends per month (24-hour on-call with light duties)

Schedule & Pay:
- Night Shift (1 AM — 8 AM): $800/month
- Morning Shift (8 AM — 3 PM): $600/month
- Weekend Shifts (2 weekends/month) — answering incoming calls and emails
