- Holding friendly intro calls and video meetings
- Presenting our offer and terms in a way that makes creators feel supported
- Answering questions and guiding models step-by-step before signing
- Keeping track of contacts and preferences (don't worry — we’ll help set this up)
- Building strong and long-term relationships

? Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ve worked in customer service, sales, or communication (at least 1 year)
- You’re comfortable talking to different people and adapting to their style
- You speak English (Upper-Intermediate+), Spanish is a big plus
- You’re polite, tactful, and know how to explain «плюсы» без давления
- You’re organized and like when всё по полочкам (CRM, Google Sheets — привет)
- You love helping people feel understood and confident in их выборе
