Sales Distribution Specialist
Ukrainian company UGEARS, with its own manufacturing and patented inventions, and fans in 90 countries across 5 continents, is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Distribution Specialist
Key Task: Sales Distribution Specialist supporting the operational, administrative functions of the distribution department, ensuring smooth logistics and partner satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, customer service, or analytics.
- Strong Excel skills (above intermediate level).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order and Stock Management:
- Tracking stock level, sales, and distributors' orders.
- Coordinate shipments together with the logistics manager.
- Monitor the timeliness of deliveries.
- Prepare sales/stock analytical reports for internal use and business review with distributors

2. Partner Support:
- Prepare PPT and Excel materials for online meetings with distributors.
- Regular business communication with distributors
- Monitor partners KPI performance.

3. Logistics:
- Communicate with logistics service providers.
- Support shipment planning and help solve current delivery issues.
