Key Responsibilities
- Daily Ops — executive assistance.
- Outreach & Community — DM influencers, support affiliates, moderate VIP chats, answer client questions.
- Content Support — draft emails, social posts, do quick visuals in Canva / Photoshop, edit Reels or Shorts in CapCut / Premiere Pro.
- Tool Stack — Thinkific, Wix, Meta Ads Manager, Flodesk, Zapier, Canva/Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Google Sheets, ChatGPT. We’ll teach what you don’t know.

Requirements
- English B2+ and polished written Russian.
- Strong copywriting; basic hands-on email-marketing / funnel experience (we'll deepen your skills).
- Self-starter eager to learn; passion for fashion, ed-tech, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience with online-course or DTC platforms is welcomedSupplyGem.
