The international company Tecnica Group launched production in the city Beregovo for sewing the inner insert in ski boots; 120−140 employees. We are looking for employes in Mukachevo, Uzhhorod, Vynogradovo and nearby settlements
The tasks of the position include:
- Supporting development projects involving different units of the factory using the Lean approach
- Monitoring processes in the Gemba
- Identifying losses
- Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing deviations
- Making observations, measurements, drawing conclusions
- Making proposals for development, managing their implementation
- Active participation in trainings
- Supporting fellow departments in development projects

Job requirements:
- Relevant Lean fundamentals acquired through practical and/or academic work
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization (direct, indirect)
- Intermediate English language skills
