We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy and boost our global presence. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in SEO, CRM-based campaigns (preferably HubSpot), and content marketing.
You’ll work closely with our tech, sales, and design teams to promote our AI and software development services in international markets — driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.
What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns using our CRM system (HubSpot preferred)

Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies to increase high-intent organic traffic

Write or coordinate SEO content production, including detailed briefs for writers and technical teams

Create compelling sales and product presentations using tools like Figma

Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs

What We Expect

3+ years of experience in digital or content marketing, ideally within IT or software industries

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SEO

Proven ability to manage funnels and email flows using CRM tools, HubSpot preferred

Strong skills in writing SEO-optimized content and creating content briefs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher)

Experience creating engaging presentations and visual storytelling

Nice to Have

Practical experience using Figma for marketing materials and decks

Background in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
