Who are we looking for?
Due to our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director / Business Leader who will be responsible for effectively organizing and managing the company’s operations, ensuring a high level of product quality, process optimization, and increased productivity. ?
? Your future responsibilities:
- Minimum 3+years of experience in a managerial position as an Operations Director or other similar leader position.
- Knowledge and understanding of effective operations management principles, including process optimization and improvement implementation; experience in developing and implementing business scaling strategies.
- High competence in financial management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the company.
- High level of organizational and leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve common goals.
- English proficiency level — B2 (and higher).
