CarGoo CRM — Remote, full-time
Salary: $600 base + % commission per sale + bonuses for upsells
Responsibilities:
Contact inbound leads from website forms, chatbots, or calls
Schedule product demo calls with clients via Calendly
Conduct live product demos via Google Meet
Understand client needs and tailor the demo accordingly
Convert demo leads into paying customers (monthly or annual plans)
Offer upsells: extended plans, add-on modules, annual upgrades
Keep CRM up to date with statuses and client notes
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and creative performance
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or customer success
Confident user of Google Meet, Calendly, CRM systems
Strong communication skills: value-based pitching, objection handling
Fluent Ukrainian; English — at least basic (Upper-Intermediate is a plus)
Self-driven, organized, result-oriented
