We are looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in U.S.-based trucking or logistics companies, particularly in truck dispatching, driver coordination, or fleet management.
? Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.

Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams

Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)

Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle

Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution in real time

? Required Qualifications:

6−12 months of prior experience in U.S. truck dispatching or transportation coordination

Solid knowledge of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycle

Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps

? Preferred Experience:

1 in dispatching, freight brokerage, or customer support in logistics on the US market

Knowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel

Understanding of U.S. geography and time zones
