Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1−2 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Heeeper, a UX/UI design agency. You will play a key role in managing SaaS product development projects (web and mobile) and large-scale websites, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define project goals and requirements.
- Create, manage, and prioritize tasks in Jira to ensure efficient project workflows.
- Communicate directly with clients to align expectations and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements:
- 1−2 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, SaaS, or web development.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal) for effective client communication.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with UX/UI design processes or web development workflows.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
