We are an international company based in Spain. Carazo Enterprise SL is a distributor of premium cigar brands and also creates its own brands for the Spanish, German, and U.S. markets. Our team consists of professionals from different countries, with approximately 40% working remotely and 60% from our offices. We are rapidly growing and are committed to building a strong corporate culture based on transparent processes and international standards.
? Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a sales-driven leader with strong B2B experience in physical product distribution, ideally in tobacco, alcohol, or other premium retail segments. You must have proven success both in direct B2B sales and in managing and developing international sales teams.
This is not just coordination — you will lead our international sales force, train them, analyze results, and drive growth.
? Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support field sales agents in Spain, Germany, and the U.S.

Build and implement structured B2B sales processes

Coach, train, and hold the team accountable for performance

Analyze sales reports and improve KPIs and conversion rates

Maintain strong communication between agents and HQ

Oversee onboarding of new agents and ensure consistent brand representation

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on sales growth

? Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in physical product industries (required)

Experience in tobacco, alcohol, or luxury retail — highly preferred

Proven team leadership: managed salespeople across regions or countries

Fluent English (C1+) — must-have

Spanish — strong advantage (additional compensation applies)

Strong knowledge of how to sell to brick-and-mortar stores

Confident with CRM systems, performance tracking, and sales metrics

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
