We seek a Business Assistant for the CEO of a European investment and consulting company specializing in financing and managing legal processes in international export-import disputes with CIS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Business development of CEO’s professional consulting and personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Management of business communication with clients on LinkedIn.
- Database processing and data preparation for entering into the CRM system.
- Coordinate and manage company internal projects.
- Execution of personal tasks of the CEO.
Requirements:
- The ability to work with large volumes of data, in particular, check and process data, analyze and interpret data to form decisions, conclusions, and trends.
- A high level of organization, the ability to work with several projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards.
- The ability to accurately identify problems, effectively develop solutions, and implement them with actions.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS365 package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of English at a high level for interaction with international clients and partners (primarily written English)
- Ukrainian and/or Russian language proficiency
Desirable:
- Experience working with LinkedIn and other social networks for personal brand development or sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Practicality and the desire for systematization.
- Initiative and proactive approach to work.
