About Us:
We are a growing international company specializing in the procurement and distribution of food products within Europe. Our portfolio includes a broad range of items such as superfoods, oils, spices, dry goods, and other high-quality products. We work directly with suppliers and logistics partners to deliver premium food solutions to various markets.
To support our expansion, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to take over key responsibilities in sourcing, negotiation, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
? Research and identify suitable suppliers across Europe
? Request and evaluate offers and supply terms
? Compare prices and delivery conditions to optimize purchases
? Negotiate contracts and manage purchase orders
? Coordinate logistics and track deliveries to our warehouses
?? Handle administrative and organizational tasks related to procurement
Requirements:
? Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management (ideally in the food sector)
? Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Good command of Excel and document management tools
? Independent, structured, and proactive working style
? Availability during CET mornings preferred
